On your first visit, Tracy will go over your health history and discuss your chief health complaints. Using Chinese medical diagnostic techniques she will determine the best course of treatment. She will be happy to answer any questions that you may have at that time as well. This visit includes a full acupuncture treatment as well as herbal, dietary, movement and lifestyle recommendations when appropriate.  In addition to acupuncture, your practitioner may feel it is helpful to include moxabustion, cupping or tuina massage as time allows.

In these visits, Tracy would like to know how you have felt since your last treatment.  She will then re-assess your body with the Chinese medical diagnostic system and then perform our treatment.  As in the first office visit, your practitioner may include moxabustion, cupping or tuina with the acupuncture session as time allows. Dietary, lifestyle and herbal advice may also be given.

In this shorter session, Tracy offers a combination of running and stationary cupping.  Cupping is wonderful for upper and lower back tightness and is also very effective for respiratory ailments.

In these visits, Tracy will assess you and suggest a customized Chinese herbal formula.  Cost does not include price of herbs, which can range from $20-$35 for a 1-3 week supply.
